CMHA Windsor
This agency
provides many out patient services in Windsor including case management,
regional injection clinics, vocational rehabilitation, bereavement services,
workplace health and employee health promotion services for other businesses,
and discharge planning for inpatients. It is also the home of a community
health centre with a specialized service for primary care for patients with
serious mental illness. Residents may arrange rotations with a supervising
psychiatrist for shared care with the family physicians and nurse practitioners
that work there. The CEO, Pamela Hines, MSW, is a member of faculty, as is Dr.
Joann Leavey, a PhD psychologist.
