Visits:

1 day weekly for 6 months

Nature of Experience:

  • The day will be spent interviewing clients in the Women’s Mental Health Clinic
  • Clients will be followed for a short-term psychotherapy, incorporating feminist principles

Patient Population:

  • Women and adolescents who suffer from body image problems, depression and anxiety, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome and chronic fatigue, and physical/sexual and emotional abuse

Distance and Transportation:

  • 75km from Toronto
  • Go Transit available to Stouffville, or bus from Union Station to Uxbridge

Population: 16,000
